An independent referral service, not a contractor
This site does not carry out roof cleaning, moss removal or gutter clearing itself. When you get in touch, your enquiry is passed to one local installer who covers your area, and they deal with the job directly, arranging a visit, providing a written quote, and carrying out any work you agree to.
How it's funded
The site is free for homeowners to use. It's funded on the other side, by installers — a local installer may pay a referral fee when an enquiry is passed to them and leads to work. That arrangement doesn't change what you're told or asked to pay; homeowners are never charged for using the site or for getting a quote passed on.
What we don't do
We don't inspect roofs ourselves, don't provide quotes on behalf of an installer, and don't guarantee the outcome of any work carried out. Once your enquiry has been passed on, the installer you're put in touch with is responsible for the visit, the quote, and the work itself. It's worth checking their credentials and insurance directly with them, and getting anything agreed in writing.
